Welcome to the Tuesday stash! Today we take a trippy stroll through some instrumental jazz with SCOTT NEUMANN AND OSAGE COUNTY and their hit, “Mayor of Smoke”. Scott Neumann is an Oklahoma native who spends his time burning up the New York jazz scene with his mad drums. He also teaches percussion and jazz ensembles at The Berkeley Carroll School in Brooklyn. Scott’s band, Osage County, is rounded out by critically acclaimed members, David Berkman, Sam Newsome and Don Falzone. This is a jam band born from the fertile funk of smooth jazz. All hail to the Mayor!
