What a crock! It's hard to figure out how someone in charge of a country can be such an idiot! I think it has something to do with England's new found ability to grow good pot. In the past I understand that it was usually low grade hash that was available. Now, dreaded skunk! I'm not sure but I think we were smoking skunk in the 70's? In the 60's it was Gold and Red as I didn't live on the west coast. Anyway, the prime minister is a dope! SKUNK!!!!!! What a crock!
