Use the map above to click your state and browse our archives for every official response we’ve ever received from your state’s lawmakers regarding marijuana law reform. For those in the tiny New England states, you can click and drag to zoom in on portions of the map.
If your lawmaker isn’t listed, then we’ve never received one of their responses from our network of NORML activists. Help us out! Go to our Contact Officials page and write your email now and when they respond, send it to us at stash@norml.org.
If you’d like to review all of the responses from Democrats and Republicans you can use these links. If you’d like to just review all the politicians responses, click Politicians on Pot.
(By the way, the gold-shaded states are ones that have decriminalized personal possession of marijuana, usually only issuing a ticket for an ounce or less. The bright green states are those that have legalized the medical use of marijuana. The dark green states are those that have both decrim for recreational use and legalization of medical use. Keep that in mind when reading the responses from elected officials in those states.)

Contact your elected representatives and urge them to 'Stop Arresting Marijuana Smokers'.
