Border Patrol tasers Baptist preacher repeatedly and shoves face into broken glass

A young man – a Baptist preacher – stopped by Border Patrol. Cops demand to search his car. Preacher invokes 4th amendment rights. Cops allege the K-9 unit alerted on drugs or humans secreted in the preacher’s car, though preacher doesn’t see dog react at all. Cops claim dog equals probable cause and invoke hammers to smash preacher’s windows out, tasers used repeatedly on preacher, preacher’s face torn up into bloody mess as cops smash his face into broken glass.
Don’t forget these Border Patrol thugs are now conducting operations within 100 miles of the border. This is how our government is going to protect us from the scourge of Mexican trafficking of marijuana that Americans want to smoke and cheap labor that Americans want to hire. Is this how President Obama plans to “crack down” on drug use in America?

Have to chime in here, after doing some more research on this Baptist teacher.
There are several videos of him on YouTube being very, very confrontational in multiple situations like this. At another border patrol, he stopped, but refused to roll down his window to talk to the agent at the stop. He just kept yelling to tell him when he was free to go.
I don’t necessarily support the border patrol stops, but that’s irrelevant. What is relevant is that this Pastor Anderson is a highly confrontational individual, who put himself into situations where agents, who are just doing their jobs, have to respond. If you act suspicious, you will be treated as a person of suspicion.
This is so messed up. That Baptist minister is a true American who is standing up as a human to the inhuman Border Patrol Fascists. I hope more of the straight community begins to wake up and realize its not just us “potheads” who are going to have their heads shoved into glass, they are next. It’s overdue time for all of us cannabis users and friends to get together and fight these fascist scum laws. Remember Stonewall! I wear my MPP “I am not a criminal! @ itistime, I don’t think it’s so much that the site is saying “Don’t talk to cops” or “Don’t authorize a search” but it’s really saying that, by being citizens of this nation, we are given certain rights to protect our Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness and no police officer can tell me that I don’t have those rights. I will protect myself from assault by a police officer and I will not give up my protection from an illegal search and seizure because some corrupt believes he’s above the law. Laws were made to protect the people, not to attack them.

Its horrible to think how a govt. can prosecute its own people for doing something that hurts nobody including themselves anyway keep in high spirits and keep up the good fight and spreading the word of God your virtue will come!
On all these activism sites they always say the same thing:
“Don’t authorize a search”
“Don’t talk to the cops”
But when you do that, this is what happens. They bring out a dog, run him around the car and claim that he signaled them to something. They claim they have probable cause and proceed to abuse you for “resisting” while they tear your car to shreds. All because of “a dog’s signal”. But there never is a signal. And does that matter in court, when it’s your word against theirs?
I have been beaten up by the police for doing absolutely nothing, twice! It matters to them NOT AT ALL that you have done nothing! The more you beg for mercy and ask them to stop, the harder they beat you. It obviously gets their dicks hard. You know C Diaz probably went home and jerked off to what he had done. Some cops are monsters, some are wannabe monsters, and the rest think they’re SUPPOSED to be monsters! That is why they become cops, and our fucked up system rewards them for it! And never holds them accountable! Most Americans seem to think this is the way cops are supposed to be!!!

So, what, you give up all your rights to the bad cops and just hand them a slam-dunk case? The system rewards cops for this illegal behavior because citizens give prosecutors easy cases by not knowing and asserting their rights.
The preacher did make the mistake of not exiting the car when told to do so. When you exit, you roll up the windows and lock the doors.
Will this stop cops from fake-alerting dogs or beating you up? No, bad cops are going to break the law no matter what you do. However, assert your rights properly and obey the officer politely and your NORML Legal Committee attorney whups ass on that whole police department in a court of law.
Right, but sometimes you’re damned if you do, damned if you don’t. You gotta give it to this dude, he never cracked, I know I would have, especially if I didn’t have anything, but like I said, I am a little jaded after a couple of these same experiences.
Ironically when I have been busted with stuff, I was either let go, or cut a ticket. The times I got beat up, I really had nothing and had done nothing. Oh wait there is one thing I did, I was drunk both times (but not driving). Another reason to smoke instead of drink.
This is insane. Attention Boarder Patrol, if you attempt to violate my person as you did with this gentleman, I will do whatever is necessary to protect myself and my family, including the use of deadly force. I am an American, and I won’t take any more SHIT from you or anyone.
