"Will a majority of Bay State voters also support legalization? We may soon find out!"

Not happening. Won't even make it out of either chamber never mind get the governor's sig. In MA, we'll be lucky to get medical marijuana passed at the state house. A bill that actually has more than one co-sponsor. With the medical bill in MA, having a real shot, I think it's unfortunate NORML is focusing on a bill that has no chance. On a bill that I as a diehard marijuana reform activist, don't even like. I think the bill stinks. Sorry.

Marijuana re-crim in MA has more support at the state house than legalization? I think so.

I know everybody wants legalization but let's focus on what we can actually pass. And a good bill, which MA's medical bill definitely is!

See the protest planned of Senator Scott Brown's marijuana re-crim bill for some more positive out of MA. The Senator didn't know what hit him between the facebook groups and messages, emails, and phone calls. If he doesn't like the protest, he needs to sign up and support the medical bill!
