		<description>It&#039;s a question of human rights, RJ.  Just because it&#039;s his restaurant, he doesn&#039;t have the right to not equip his restaurant with handicapped-accessible toilets, for example.  He should make a reasonable accommodation for a customer&#039;s medical needs.  It wasn&#039;t about allowing the man to smoke inside the restaurant, but merely where tobacco smokers are allowed to smoke, which seems reasonable to me.</description>
