Just because it's his restaurant, he doesn't have the right to not equip his restaurant with handicapped-accessible toilets, for example. He should make a reasonable accommodation for a customer's medical needs. It wasn't about allowing the man to smoke inside the restaurant, but merely where tobacco smokers are allowed to smoke, which seems reasonable to me. It’s a question of human rights, RJ.
