Did Greece legalize personal amounts of marijuana? [Update: No]

UPDATE: In a word, no. The Greek website was reporting on the Czech legalization of personal amounts of drugs. Sorry for the mistranslation.

If my Google Translation of this Greek news website is accurate, it sounds like the government just decriminalized the personal possession of drugs, including up to a half-ounce of cannabis! (Thanks Rev. Steve of Michigan NORML for the news)

    Hello, was about time some Greek came across this one. The source is beyond belief man.. (really cracked me up)
    This is the communist party website, reporting the new law of Czech, and explaining in the paragraph under that, how ironic it is to ban a communist party, while legalizing dope (the actual term they used) at the same time..
    So no, nothing like anything you (and much more me) wished for..

    And the thought of potential taxing and profit for our economy makes it sooo irritating! :-x
