Don’t forget to vote at Change.org as well!

While Barack Obama’s Change.gov site is open for the second round of citizen questions, don’t forget that there is also Change.org, which is not affiliated with the Obama administration.  This is a separate, grassroots organization that is collecting the people’s top three issues in each pre-determined category and will forward them to the Obama administration.

You’ve seen it in the lead in a widget in the right sidebar.  Click there or here and go vote on the marijuana questions!  This is the #1 question overall at Change.org:

Legalize the Medicinal and Recreational Use of Marijuana.

“Marijuana has been proven to relieve the suffering of the chronically ill, as well as disabled patients undergoing chemotherapy, and other forms of medical treatments, yet using it for medical purposes continues to be a crime in most of the country.  We should make it legal not only in medical cases, but for recreational use as well.”
