Cars Cash Baby is a band composed of one Canadian and one French musician who came together two years ago in Paris to create a new breed of electro pop. Fronted by the charismatic Miss Benny with Marc Buset on keys, CCB have attracted the attention of cutting-edge French radio stations, Parisian club DJs, and in 2008 the organizers of the Grand Zebrock unsigned Paris music festival.
Their sweet beats on “High” could be about falling in love (and shunning materialism) or about getting slightly baked… or perhaps just about falling in love with marijuana. This intoxicating song is currently available along with other single “Beautiful Fall” on iTunes and amazon.com, off their as-of-yet untitled album due for release on iTunes in 2010.
More information on the band and their rhythmic electric beats can be found on carscashbaby.com (including a fan club), Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and elsewhere on the Internet with their band name as the username.

I’m really digging this song. I hope it wins the Stashie Awards this year.
