Dear Mr. President
I just watched your first online town hall meeting. I wanted you to know you just lost my vote and why.
A very serious question was asked. A question that is on the forefront of the American peoples lives on a daily basis. A question about ending Marijuana prohibition.
For 70 years the American people have been living under unjust laws pertaining to Marijuana.
You, and others in the Washington circle jerk, laughed the question off as ridiculous. This demonstrates just how out of touch you all are.
Why do you think oppression of the people you are supposed to work for is the right path? Why do you think it’s a joke that we have to live in fear of incarceration or job loss for using something that improves the quality of our lives? Why do you think it’s a joke that hate groups spam our TV’s with lies and slander trying to convince people we are stupid, lazy or worse?
I can tell you I don’t think it’s very funny. Lost Liberty isn’t funny. Oppression isn’t funny. Fear of the police isn’t funny. Being on the receiving end of hate speech isn’t funny.
The U.S. government turning away from a huge economic market, (that will NEVER go away) and handing it over on a silver platter to crime lords is the epitome of bad decision making. Cutting your nose off to spite your face is an expression that comes to mind.
I sincerely wish that yourself, and all the other laughing nitwits, take a serious look at what’s going on in the country and approach this issue as leaders instead of jesters.

Thanks, But send your own letters and not my knee-jerk reaction. I’m still a little angry about the lack of serious conversation on what the people chose the most important question to be discussed was.
Or at least correct the bad grammar at the end of my letter if your going to spam it around. LOL.
