Well, it’s not that graphic, it’s just shocking.
I think the lesson here is: don’t drive stoned, but if you do, don’t stop to switch drivers!

I am the host of the NORML SHOW LIVE and The NORML Stash Blog. I'm married, live in Portland, Oregon, and I am a registered medical marijuana caregiver in this state. I've worked days as an IT geek and nights as a professional musician. Previously, I have been the host of my own political talk radio show on satellite radio. I've been the High Times "Freedom Fighter of the Month" for my work producing Oregon NORML's TV show, "A Cannabis Community Forum", and for helping to institute Portland's wildly successful medical marijuana cardholders meetings, where we help sick and disabled Oregonians acquire cannabis plant starts, learn gardening, and understand the medical marijuana law. I've dedicated my life to bringing an end to adult marijuana prohibition and re-legalizing cannabis hemp, and I'm honored to be chosen by NORML to be our daily voice.

So, the guy who was driving the other car was high?
Does anyone know where I can find the link to download this clip? I looked on liveleak but couldn’t located it.
I’m presenting research on the effect of marijuana on productivity. I would like to use this clip to show the skewed view of the media.
If he would have been drinking we wouldnt have relized he needed to switch drivers, nor would anyone be able to talk him out of driving. At least a marijuana smoker can tell they are impaired and shouldnt be driving.
IndicaKnight has it absolutely correct. I would be fully aware of the other traffic. Even if I’m not stoned, I sure the hell am gonna look. It doesn’t take a prohibitionist commercial to show people and other drivers are just naturally stupid.
Fidget
PS. Free Eddy Lepp!!!!
Call 202-456-1111 and leave a message for the President.
And besides, wouldn’t it be the other drivers fault for not paying attention to whats going on in front of him? The other driver was probably drunk.
Hah yea because that happens all the time. I got confused at first, thinking he was the passenger. those darn reverse cars.
There is no lesson here, Russ.
This is just prohibitionist groups misrepresenting the effects of marijuana in an effort to scare the ignorant masses into believing thier lives are at risk if they don’t support the drug war.
Run on, I know. :) It flowed so nicely though.
that didn’t prove a goddamn thing
IF YOU DON’T USE EMERGENCY FLASHERS, YOU’RE OUT OF YOUR MIND
If you drive in the land of drivers who are probably texting and not looking at the road in front of them, you’re out of your mind
I want to make a commercial where I’m speeding and I run over a little girl. Oh, if only I’d been high I might have been driving more slowly.
Or I’m sitting at a red light and right when it changes green I go, only to get t-boned by someone running the light. If only I’d been high or drunk my reaction to the light changing would have been slower. How tragic!
Damn… I even saw it coming and it was still shocking.
That would’ve been a good scene for a Final Destination movie but thats it
WTF was that? I thought that it made you more paranoid? If I was high and was getting out of my car with cars flying by I would be more aware that there is a car coming? At least that is how I get. I guess it’s the paranoia, lol.
Ouch! Yeah that was just what we call “walking-around stupid” here! That could have happened to any sober person – besides he barely pulled off the side of the road and never looked to see if someone was coming! I know when I have a buzz I am always EXTRA cautious!
