Capitol Hill’s inside-the-beltway newspaper Roll Call published this fantastic piece called “Pot Lobby Aims High Next Year” (why must it always be a pun headline? – the subhead was “A Tokin’ Lobby Expects less opposition in 2009″) which features a great photo and interview with Allen St. Pierre and other drug law reform activists.
