I, as well, have been blasting John English’s “articles” since day one. Last year after his notoriously bad series of articles in the Portland newspapers myself and a number of others contacted the editors of the papers and presented them with verifiable facts as well as with what John was supplying. Then Mr. English was no longer heard from, articles no longer being printed, and no known comments on current articles appeared. We thought we had been finally spared this man’s ignorance and cruelty but alas he has popped up again here http://www.northstarnational.com/2010/07/28/moratorium-on-mary-jane-communities-find-medical-marijuana-isnt-such-a-good-thing-to-have-around/comment-page-2/#comment-10043 in the comment section supporting one of his prohibitionist buddies. He now supports cutting illegal immigrants toes off to mark them so we know that they have been caught in the past and even goes as far to support mass executions of petty drug offenders. This guy really had no credibility to start with but now he is so far gone I don’t bother to respond to him directly but instead post this comment to his article so people can see his history. Once people realize who Mr. English is they very quickly distance themselves from him. This is a very evil, callous, inhumane, and in-compassionate man that does not deserve the time of day let alone anyone’s ear.

Yhive seen this Ass’s blogs, I have blasted him many times. He is hopeless, all these guys, when this War is over should all be brought up on War Crimes. We are the enemy of the Drug War, when we win it, dont we get to decide whom was so bad to deserve punishment?

Just saying it would be mnice to string a few of these guys up!

I’ve seen his articles and have posted against him personally (along with 100′s of others). I’m actually starting to believe that John English does not exist! I can’t honestly believe that any human being in this “age of information” is that far outta touch. I mean my grandmother comes from the same era as this guy, and she felt the same way as him, until we sat down (after a comment she made about lazy potheads) and I opened up her eyes to the truth, and the fact that she’d been lied to all these years. That was the point when I decided to become an activist, if I could convince my 70 y/old feisty Irish grandmother that there is nothing wrong with Cannabis, then I could convince anyone…lol.
As for Mr. English I think he’s a robot! A piece of software written for Big Pharm and all the other prohibitionists out there, that scans for “marijuana” hot buttons, then automatically regurgitates article’s from the gospel of Refer Madness in the form of opinion columns…hahaha
Again NO human being could be that naieve, unless it was intentional. Hey wait theirs a term for Prohibtionists, “Intentional Ignorance”.
