I’m not a violent guy, but I probably wouldn’t last five minutes with O’Reilly before I felt the uncontrollable urge to head-butt him in the mouth. What an ass. All of his points have no validity once he starts talking. Sure, some of the situations he brings up could happen, maybe, but I would like to see where he gets his information. I tend to believe he makes it up as he goes along, just to get people riled up. Seriously, all of us stashers are scouring the internet, daily, for news and information- I’ve not heard of the junkies and MMJ ploy. Where did all this go down? Surely there’s a news article or police report documenting all this? Hmmm?…

Bills whole story line of a “Junkie buying pot to sell to kids, to by Junk”, is so out of wack. I now see Bill has no clue what drugs are, what they do to you and how people act on them.
To think a Junkie has $400 to buy an OZ to begin with would be crazy, but then to take that and buy weed to sell and make a minor profit off of minors is even more fare fetched!
A Junkie wouldnt make it 2 min with $400, they would be shooting up before you could count $400! Bill is clueless and A joke, to think a junkie could soend even a few hours selling joints let alone the hours it would take to sell off and OZ worth of joints, its not going to happen!
10years ago I use to watch his show, yes I did, but he was diffrent, he had a more rounded look at the world. He even was known to say If adults want to smoke pot in their basement then who are the hurting and he didnt care! Now he wants to get on the failing prohibitionests ban wagon? Well good luck, they are sinking fast.
Bill is nothing more than an entertainer he is picking up this fight just because its a fight. Ratings drive him and the locos that watch him are brainwashed into believing him.

My question to bill is…how does the junkie get the initial money to buy the pot…and resell it to kids? If they’re that desperate for money, why wouldn’t they just spend the 200 bucks straight on heroin? Does a junkie have the patience or time to visit a doctor…pay 240 dollar fee, THEN go buy marijuana and resell it to kids for profit?
Come on. If a junkie has 240 dollars to spare they’re not gonna go down to the doctors, they’re going straight to the H dealer and gettin’ there stuff. wtf?
Stossel was woefully unprepared to debate O’Reilly on MJ..Admittedly out debating the lost is a standared Fox ploy,but I would urge Mr Stossel that if he has no answere for even the most basic question”What about the kids”,He not undertake to speak on behalf of MJ.legalization lobby.

O’Reilly peddles a lot of lies in rapid succession. Was he really suggesting that marijuana leads to child abuse?
Look, maybe California’s laws could be better designed. But is it really true that more children are smoking dope than since the passage of 215? I think it’s highly doubtful.
It *MAY* be true that California could have a better-designed law. But the reasons that O’Reilly states as incontrovertible “fact” are ridiculous. Legal pot would lead to child neglect? Legal pot would serve would have junkies selling to children? These have no basis in reality.
Look, you could raise the penalty on selling to kinds. Treat it the way you would treat statutory rape. Statutory rape still happens, yes, but that’s no reason to make sex between consenting adults illegal.
The less lucrative and more tightly-regulated marijuana is, the more we can concentrate efforts on a realistic plan to keep it out of kids’ hands.
(Although, if I may speak plain truth, I’d rather a kid occasionally get his hands on a joint than start experimenting with crazy stuff like Ecstasy or coke that could very easily be poisoned.)
