I am the host of the NORML SHOW LIVE and The NORML Stash Blog. I'm married, live in Portland, Oregon, and I am a registered medical marijuana caregiver in this state. I've worked days as an IT geek and nights as a professional musician. Previously, I have been the host of my own political talk radio show on satellite radio. I've been the High Times "Freedom Fighter of the Month" for my work producing Oregon NORML's TV show, "A Cannabis Community Forum", and for helping to institute Portland's wildly successful medical marijuana cardholders meetings, where we help sick and disabled Oregonians acquire cannabis plant starts, learn gardening, and understand the medical marijuana law. I've dedicated my life to bringing an end to adult marijuana prohibition and re-legalizing cannabis hemp, and I'm honored to be chosen by NORML to be our daily voice.

ummm dude its not too bad in wyo if u keep ur shit on the DL. you wouldnt have gotten caught if you werent sppeding. also, try airing out your car. its amazing how fresh air beats out pot smoke. durrrr. this guy is a tard. ” oh man wyoming cops are pricks cuz i couldnt keep my hit on the DL. Stupid cop smelled weed and busted me. oh poor me.” God you are stupid.

  2. Wyoming is a Unicorn

Never go to Wyoming. They are the unicorn state, hands down, the worst state in the country when it comes to drugs. i got arrested passing through evanstan, wy on the way to Salt Lake and got pulled over for speeding, smelled pot and arrest me for a .05 gram nug of cannabis. Not kidding, I was charged with 1/20th of a gram. Guess what my bail was ? $ 5,000. I spent a week in jail for a 1/20th a gram until I could bond out. This was like 8 yrs ago when I was to young to know anything, like Norml, so I got a public defender and he sucked. He told me the judge hates all drug users and I will probably get the max penalty if I didnt plead guilty( even though it was my first offence). People in jail and my public defender said it is not uncommon for people to litarly to go to jail for a year for possesion of less than an ounce. They said the only reason I didnt go to jail for .05 grams is because I didnt live in WY. If you smoke herb, never, never go to the hell hole known as the state of WY. They will never legalize or even decriminalize it and yes you will spend real time in jail for your first offence !

  8. Casualty of the Drug War

Well I am here to tell you that I have personally spend time in jail for a Marijuana arrest. While I must admit in the end I plead to a misdemeanor, I spent a night in jail and now my life is ruin b/c of some narc cop wanted to boost their department numbers on “drug crimes” so they could get more funding to the unit they work on. It makes me sick to see how the police can lie, cheat, steal, drugs and money to try to entrapped a person into committing a “drug crime”….Just so they could say…look at the “WAR ON DRUGS”…what a bunch of thugs with badges……. It truly sadness me how are government suppress people who smoke marijuana…and your right RUSS……MR. President please stop laughing at us…you asked us for change and we did what you asked us to do….NOW IT”S TIME FOR YOU TO DO WHAT YOU SAID…..

I think he said that way more than once, and still continues to spout that nonsense. Isn’t there a law against this type of deliberate deception on such a massive scale? If not, we need to lobby congress for criminalizing harmful misinformation. This guy is a worse criminal for putting forth these lies than anyone he was responsible for arresting, molesting, harassing, torturing, coercing, extorting, etc….He should be held accountable for the innumerable rapes and beatings which innocent people continue to suffer after his underlings falsely incarcerate good people for doing good things with a good plant that is non-toxic and in the words of the DEA’s own law judge Francis Young “the safest therapeutically active substance on the planet”.

Do you really think Denny’s was being intentional about this video or was it coincidence that they picked a unicorn to play the part of a pot head?

If they really meant it than this is amazing!
