I am the host of the NORML SHOW LIVE and The NORML Stash Blog. I'm married, live in Portland, Oregon, and I am a registered medical marijuana caregiver in this state. I've worked days as an IT geek and nights as a professional musician. Previously, I have been the host of my own political talk radio show on satellite radio. I've been the High Times "Freedom Fighter of the Month" for my work producing Oregon NORML's TV show, "A Cannabis Community Forum", and for helping to institute Portland's wildly successful medical marijuana cardholders meetings, where we help sick and disabled Oregonians acquire cannabis plant starts, learn gardening, and understand the medical marijuana law. I've dedicated my life to bringing an end to adult marijuana prohibition and re-legalizing cannabis hemp, and I'm honored to be chosen by NORML to be our daily voice.

Another tough nut to crack… GL Wisconsin. That guy would’ve been perpetually freaked out in the olden days.

“…should we actively hunt them down and imprison them?”

Absolutely! Imprison them??? Hell no – what a waste of money!!! Hunt them down like rabid dogs and string them up on national TV at 12:00 noon every Sunday; mass executions – orgies of revenge! Then dump their putrid carcasses in mass graves and send their families invoices for services rendered to the betterment of humanity. That’ll fucking teach ‘em!

I agree with you here buddy. This report actually seemed fairly neutral, as far as it can be these days anyways. I think they settled for that “yahoo” when they couldn’t find anyone who could actually articulate the prohibitionists’ position without sounding like a total fascist. Or better yet, maybe he was the best they could find.

Yeah, that guy’s opinion is probably derived from the fear of prohibition. He was probably scared to admit the real truth on TV.

In the end when I have to use my weedeater to get in the door throwing away stuff that today I would cut my nutts off for then I might not seek vengence What do you say to the fear of the people Show me a body :rifle:

What will be said when in the future when they truly find the cure for cancer and cannabis was the key all these years?

What should be done to folks that have actively worked to keep cannabis illegal and caused many many to suffer and or die due to their stupidity by choice or by ignorance, should we actively hunt them down and imprison them? Some days i feel we should and cant wait for it, but others i feel I wouldnt want anyone to go through what we do everyday fearing arrest, I just dont know. Guess it will depend on the mood we are in when we end this whole mess!

Really wasn’t a “reefer mad prohibitionist” just some random yahoo they found sitting around at the mall, didn’t even seem to care about the issue enough to stand up during the interview. Funny that they used two soundbytes from him but used 2 patient testimonials, seems like they really couldn’t find much opposition. Also, I think that guy would feel a lot different if his mother got cancer, aids, glaucoma, ms, etc…etc…etc….
