My wife is thinking about hiring a college intern. We had a personal assistant a few years ago to help with domestic and office duties. College kids are happy to work for $9 per hour in Utah. Its probably a little different in Oregon though.
Either way, it beats the hell out of fast food.

Yeah man, I REALLY want to get some advertising in.

Thanks kindly! There are a few “rich” folks who are ponying up a couple grand on the back end of the show and some advertisers lived up, but that money doesn’t arrive until after the show is up and running… and in the first five weeks I have to do the live debut show followed by four weeks of live remote shows all across the country. There is some gear that needs to be purchased NOW.

As it is, I’m having my doubts about the ASCAP/BMI/Fox licensing, as Harry Fox and BMI haven’t gotten back to me all week. ASCAP called me right back, to their credit. I may have to debut the show with podsafe music and work on licensing later. Or perhaps we just screw the licensing and give this big platform for musical artistry to the dedicated independents who supply music to the Stash.
