"...He was over his limit because the police weighed his medicine in the sealer jars. His grow was over his plant limit too. But weighing his weed in the jars is just bullshit.

Why don’t the cops just do their jobs and stop being jerks too."

RE:
Because there's nothing EFFECTIVE
stopping / preventing them
from being dishonest / corrupt...

- There should be severe penalties against
LEO's who inflate the numbers this way...

Is there anything in WRITTEN law..?
- The weight of container(s),
weight of UN-usable parts of cannabis,
SHOULD be DIS-ALLOWED as evidence.

- If there isn't an enforceable-law
against this corrupt-cop practice,
there sure needs to be!

Probably 800 lbs includes boxes and skids and the truck. Ok maybe not the truck.

I was talking to a Canadian medicinal exempt who had his grow busted. He was over his limit because the police weighed his medicine in the sealer jars. His grow was over his plant limit too. But weighing his weed in the jars is just bullshit. Why don't the cops just do their jobs and stop being jerks too.
