That was a lot of fun. I never quite get used to doing live talk radio without putting on my FCC filter.
Now really, Rob Van Dam, Paul and Me on the air with “Officer X”, is that even fair? That’s out of a wrestling script – three against one. And I relished every second of it. How many times do you see one of ours on the TV against two of theirs and a skeptical host?
Rob Van Dam will be speaking at the NORML CON in San Francisco, Sept. 24-26 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. See http://norml.org/conference for details

I am the host of the NORML SHOW LIVE and The NORML Stash Blog. I'm married, live in Portland, Oregon, and I am a registered medical marijuana caregiver in this state. I've worked days as an IT geek and nights as a professional musician. Previously, I have been the host of my own political talk radio show on satellite radio. I've been the High Times "Freedom Fighter of the Month" for my work producing Oregon NORML's TV show, "A Cannabis Community Forum", and for helping to institute Portland's wildly successful medical marijuana cardholders meetings, where we help sick and disabled Oregonians acquire cannabis plant starts, learn gardening, and understand the medical marijuana law. I've dedicated my life to bringing an end to adult marijuana prohibition and re-legalizing cannabis hemp, and I'm honored to be chosen by NORML to be our daily voice.
I’m so glad you made the point that it’s a human rights more than an economic issue
IMHO: The economic argument is the weakest of all. Legalization will harm parts of our economy in the short term and the estimate of tax revenue is based on the cost of illegal cannabis.
That’s What’s Up Russ!
Very good point, Brandon. I hope they come over to the Stash and learn how to do that.
Sweet! Enjoy!
It did, but I refreshed the page and now it’s normal!
Going to
and listen to the show.
Also, very happy to hear about RVD 4:20 at NORML CON!
So it comes out your speakers extremely loud?
I’m having trouble accessing the archive. It’s silent but when I adjust the volume on the player all of a sudden I have gone deaf!
He had alot of people on the show. It was great! Only problem was no one bothered to share any information on how to contact their representatives. It’s best to just tell them how instead of telling them to do so. NORML’s Take Action (w/ Capwiz) would have been sufficient. Paul and Russ both did a great job..
