I am the producer of The NORML Network, the host of the NORML SHOW LIVE and The NORML Stash Blog, and NORML's Outreach Coordinator. I'm married, live in Portland, Oregon, and I am a registered medical marijuana caregiver in this state. I've worked days as an IT geek and nights as a professional musician. Previously, I have been the host of my own political talk radio show on satellite radio. I've been the High Times "Freedom Fighter of the Month" and I travel across the country to educate people on marijuana reform. I've dedicated my life to bringing an end to adult marijuana prohibition and re-legalizing cannabis hemp, and I'm honored to be chosen by NORML to give voice to the Marijuana Nation and to speak for those who can't speak up.

I have tremendous respect for Scientist and Doctors. The combination of the mind and the heart is very powerful and our greatest hope for a better future. Until recently . . . .
I thought that these were scientists / Doctors and had taken an oath to “cause NO harm” and “I will keep them from harm and injustice”.
They seem to be acting like blood letters from the dark ages on this . Come on – How about an open mind and an open heart? Don’t you think this is kinda like a medical execution, carried out by withdrawal of care.
Punishment, carried out by Doctor. No recourse no legal way for victims to fight for their lives. Summary Medical Sentence: “go off and die” for you have committed a miss-demeanor. Doctor “where is the Compassion”? Without this quality ; who is safe to put their Life in YOUR hands? If I Jaywalk will you let me die?
