Mexico's president, Felipé Calderón
Mexico has held on to America’s drug war even though it has cost almost 30,000 lives. The problems Mexico is facing due to the drug war is that elected officials taking a stand are tortured, killed and left on public display.

I suspect there’s a lot more terror-cave-in going on here than just being greedy.
If the same kind of extortion started happening here as is so rampant in Mexico, I’d jump right off the legalization bandwagon – better my kids have a live father than legal pot.
I only hope the U.S. can get smart and help those who feel they have no choice but to cave in – if it were legal throughout the country, the Mexican cartels would stand to lose a lot of money. CA is a good start, but won’t cut into the Mexican profits significantly.
I truly wonder if the millions that the US has given Mexico that there wasnt a clause that says “you also have to speak out against any legalization movements” or we take back our 500 million! Im sure there is and thats why all the ex-Mexican Presidents support 19 and the one in office is told he is against it. He too will be calling for legalizing once he is out of office too.
