heres a message i sent to Kellogg, hopefully i get my point across…
Dear Kellogg,
I want to keep this short, but i want to express my feelings about the way you treated Mr. Phelps. I think it is terrible that this company could drop such a keystone athlete of our time over a photo taken years ago. Even if it was taken yesterday, wouldn’t that be a message in itself? if such a renowned and accomplished athlete can smoke weed yet still win the most gold medals in the history of the Olympics i think thats fine. I understand Kellogg has a reputation to uphold, but don’t you think you went a little overboard? smoking weed is no longer a taboo, its slowly becoming more and more socially acceptable and the sooner you realize that, the sooner this will all be over. I seriously hope you consider your harsh and drastic actions that you have taken againts Mr. Phelps and that you can come to some sort of compromise. Until then, i am boycotting all Kellogg products .
