I have been told that when a story starts with the words, "I was born...", ya knew you were in trouble, so... here is me. I was born in 1955, in a medium sized city in West Virginia. This is where I lived until I joined the military in 1975. This is also where, at the age of 15, I started toking. My military career was spent keeping my front in place... work hard and play hard. I was deeply "in the closet" for the entire 20 years, with one exception. I successfully steered a US Naval vessel to pay for a "party"... 'nuff said. I was married for a while (24 years) and raised 4 children after a divorce through their teenage years, successfully. I have 5 kids. Two of them nurses or nurses to be. Two of them are US Marines. The other one is a US Soldier. I also have 11 grandchildren. Other than my 20 years in the military, I am a musician (Jazz/Blues) playing sax and violin (sex & violence), photographer, poet, writer, farmer, beer brewer, chandler, mead maker, carpenter, did some work in the adult entertainment industry for 6 years, daddy and grampa. I now live off the land in Northwestern Minnesota and in my spare time I fight for cannabis legalization.

I love how its “I truly believe” and not “any credible facts or studies support”.
Bunch of unscrupulous or ignorant people.

Go Mason and Mama! Fantastic News Coverage; I’m glad the DFA anti-pot lady was ugly as a frog.

We are finally getting somewhere, and the prohibs’re squirmin’ ‘n squealin’ like stuck pigs! Now we can persecute THEM for 40 years for lying to us on a GRAND scale.

I’m still gonna turn down that Arizona gig, until they get it right. Prescription weed is legal, but not ACTUAL weed, what an AridZona.

Down with the wall…free weed for all! :punk:

Right here in my home state of Arizona that came from. We will vote on it this next year so I hope they will show more of these stories! 8-)

The lady from from the Partnership for a Drug-free America (aka partnership of wishful thinking) can sincerely believe all she wants about MJ use going up if it’s legalized, teh horror of teh demonz weed, but sincerity and belief doesn’t mean shit if it isn’t backed by facts.

Take your sincere concerns and wishes and shove them up your ass unless you have proof that our policies have actually done some good over the past four decades. All I see is people’s lives made worse due to “sincerity” and “belief.” Well, fuck you. These are real lives, you moralizing, hypocritical assholes. You have no real concern except to make yourselves feel better by punishing all the evil, menace-to-society druggies that make you faint and swoon. Again, I don’t want your concern; I just want fair laws based IN REALITY–ON FACTS.
