Music: Howitzer – “Stoned”

You know I love to get folky! Today on our musical stash break we hear from a do-it-yourself house musician who goes by the moniker, “HOWITZER”. A video game junkie from Kentucky who writes and records his own music at home, Howitzer brings us the lovely track, “Stoned”, an easily digestible acoustic track. Howitzer is one of the emerging-technology musicians who upload their music on the web and invite other “house musicians” to download, mix up, add to and spit out an ever-evolving sound. If you would like your hand at re-mixing any of Howitzer’s music, he invites you to do so on his myspace page. His music runs the spectrum of acoustic to electronica.
