Music: The WhoTheFunk?-Project – “Numb And Stoned”

We often pull out the Funk on Friday to get us in the weekend groove. Today we bring back our Funky friends, THE WHOTHEFUNK?-PROJECT and another great toker tune from them called, “Numb And Stoned”. The WhoTheFunk Project is from Switzerland where I had no idea they could be so funky! This eight-piece group, complete with a horn section, a drummer named “Disco Stu” and the red-hot female lead, Renee Stasser sound even better the second time around. Today’s track is lounge meets party rock and smooth jazz grinding the edge off of big band. The horn section is hot!hot!hot! and the vocals are dead on.
