Tuesday on the stash, and I feel the need for some great bass lines and a catchy chorus. I turn to TOMAAS, and his anthemic “Let’s Get High”. Tomaas Proitsis was born in Greece, and lived in Germany as a child. He now resides in New York where he continues to develop his jazzy, funky, soulful style working with some of the great musicians of that genre such as Bruce Johnson and James Blood Ulmer (Jazz is the teacher, Funk is the preacher!). Although Tomaas is proficient on the accordion, we only get to enjoy his mad guitar skills and deep earthy vocals on todays music hit.
