So there were these two criminals who dressed up in ninja outfits and ambushed a medical marijuana delivery driver after he made a drop late Friday night. The police lieutenant, Alan Henley, isn’t bothered by the odd description of the criminals. He isn’t perplexed by the appearance of ninjas in West Covina. He’s surprised to discover there are such things as “medical marijuana delivery drivers”.
(LA NOW) The victim, described only as in his 40s, told officers he was making a home delivery and was headed back to his car just before 10 p.m. Friday when the men in black jumped out of the bushes and confronted him.
Henley said the victim reported the crime to police but added that he wasn’t aware of any medical marijuana dispensaries in the area, such as the one the victim described.
“That area is a combination of mostly residential and some commercial,” he said. “I personally haven’t heard of any sort of dispensary that goes out and makes home deliveries.”

Contact your elected representatives and urge them to 'Stop Arresting Marijuana Smokers'.
