NORML coordinating info booths on Snoop Dogg’s “Blazed and Confused” Tour (Updated)

UPDATE – New tour dates and updated locations below…
I’ve been working with Chris representing the band Slightly Stoopid on Snoop Dogg’s “Blazed and Confused” Summer Tour. He had asked me to get him a NORML chapter to set up an information booth at the concert in Irvine last Saturday, but had too little notice to get the Orange County chapter down there. I suggested that for the next couple of dates, at Red Rocks in Denver and at the Clark County Amphitheater Portland Coliseum across the river from Portland, I could get him NORML chapters for tabling.
It’s worked out for Denver – the fledgling Mile High NORML will be tabling at Red Rocks tomorrow night (tickets are still available). I’m still waiting to hear about Clark County, especially about my request for a backstage pass and a chance to interview the bands for the Stash. And if things go as planned, I’ll be coordinating NORML chapters for nearly every city on the tour.
So chapters, here are the tour dates. Get me your cell phone immediate contact info and let me know if you need some NORML SWAG for your booth. This is a huge opportunity to reach out to a large, young, already-on-our-side demographic and a chance for your chapter to build its name and sell some gear.

Hey Russ, My girls and I were at the Blazed show and your buddy with the camera tooks some picks and I don’t see them on here….will they be posted? We had so much fun!!! Bobby B’s stuff was sick!!!
Yes they will, as soon as I make it over to his place to get the camera chip. Had to speak in Eugene yesterday, so been pretty busy.
Great job Russ, Thanks again for setting this up for us. We had a blast, some great conversations, and pages of new friends for our mailing list. Plus it was a great show!

One more thing Russ. These events are happening at parks mostly so does that mean the people tabling for the event are going to have to buy tickets? If so this is gonna be a bit difficult as it costs 37.50 per ticket. Is there anyone we can communicate with that would offer us group discounts in order for us to get in?
hey Russ the website for the tour has Miami on August 1st instead of Orlando, did you confirm that it is in Orlando, (It’s easier for us to be there in Orlando so I hope it is)

Ok checked the slightly stoopid website and they are doing it in Orlando instead of Miami so we’re getting on that.
Russ sometimes I feel like you read my mind. Anne and I were just talking about handing out information at PNC, specifically this show. We will be focusing on the medical marijuana bill, and letting people know that they have to contact their legislators.
So NORML NJ will be representing in Homdel. BTW we decided to go to SF. We just couldn’t miss it!
