I am the producer of The NORML Network, the host of the NORML SHOW LIVE and The NORML Stash Blog, and NORML's Outreach Coordinator. I'm married, live in Portland, Oregon, and I am a registered medical marijuana caregiver in this state. I've worked days as an IT geek and nights as a professional musician. Previously, I have been the host of my own political talk radio show on satellite radio. I've been the High Times "Freedom Fighter of the Month" and I travel across the country to educate people on marijuana reform. I've dedicated my life to bringing an end to adult marijuana prohibition and re-legalizing cannabis hemp, and I'm honored to be chosen by NORML to give voice to the Marijuana Nation and to speak for those who can't speak up.

  2. NPR shames itself for spreading Dragonfly lies on Prop 19 | The NORML Stash Blog

[...] This morning I was very excited to see National Public Radio (NPR) beginning week-long coverage of the debate over Proposition 19.  I was thrilled to see the hear installment, entitled “Legalized Pot’s Unlikely Supporters: Moms And Cops“, wondering whom I would hear from first.  Would it be police supporters like former Seattle police chief Norm Stamper or former Baltimore narcotics officer Neill Franklin?  Or would it be mom supporters like Oaksterdam’s Dale Sky Jones or NORML New Jersey’s Anne Davis? “inside the joint” ? Typical MSM slant.
So, by their estimates ,they just removed ten million dollars from the local economy. How exactly does that help?

First off the Cop in the Video should look a little before Marijuana use as a gateway to hard narcotic use. We live in a society bombarded with advertisements for “over the counter” medications. From headache to gas pains there is a pill to cure all ills and from the time you are little mom feeds it to her children to make them feel better. Then comes cigarettes, alcohol and now even fake electronic cigarettes all to give you pleasure. That’s where your gateway is Mr. Officer. First cigarettes or alcohol then Marijuana. Prohibition we know does not work …..so why keep fighting a losing battle? Does he know its easier to find crack cocaine, heroin or pills than pot on the street nowadays? Hmm which would I rather use hard addicting drugs or marijuana? Pot wins sir. O and the best part … I am 100% sober off everything because Doctors helped get me hooked on painkillers and tranquilizers. 3 years without a narcotic pill, alcoholic drink , or illegal substance. I still believe legalization will cure many of the problems in this country, including financial. These laws should have been repealed back in the 30′s not made harder.

Why in the frak do they keep mentioning children? Idiots.
Gateway drug cop, Idiot. LEAP needs to get a hold of this cop. Interrupting Anne and injecting his out dated thoughts.

Anne Davis held her own, although I’d like to wet that cops lips and stick him on the wall permanently.
