I am the producer of The NORML Network, the host of the NORML SHOW LIVE and The NORML Stash Blog, and NORML's Outreach Coordinator. I'm married, live in Portland, Oregon, and I am a registered medical marijuana caregiver in this state. I've worked days as an IT geek and nights as a professional musician. Previously, I have been the host of my own political talk radio show on satellite radio. I've been the High Times "Freedom Fighter of the Month" and I travel across the country to educate people on marijuana reform. I've dedicated my life to bringing an end to adult marijuana prohibition and re-legalizing cannabis hemp, and I'm honored to be chosen by NORML to give voice to the Marijuana Nation and to speak for those who can't speak up.

I think it’s great that my son’s agony cannot be effectively relieved due to restrictions at the group home (management hides behind federal laws), but the OMMP card I pay for will help the idiots in charge balance their budget better.

Obama can do nothing to get my vote again, because ultimately he should have helped MMJ succeed everywhere. Every politician in every election will be carefully screened for his or her stance on the war on drugs, and that will be the number one attribute on which I base my votes.

I always see this stupid comment about MJ users, but it seems apt to ask of the lawmakers, “what the hell have you been smoking?”

Screw them, affirmative defense all the way if you can, and yeah, legal action needs to be brought against the legislature for this repugnant move.

BTW, thanks to all here on this site who happened to vote for MJ/drug war petitions besides NORML’s–the one I’ve been helping to promote finally went visible and public today. I doubt it’ll get to 5000, but who knows, and any additional pressure on the Obama administration is just extra frosting on NORML’s petition cake.
