I am the producer of The NORML Network, the host of the NORML SHOW LIVE and The NORML Stash Blog, and NORML's Outreach Coordinator. I'm married, live in Portland, Oregon, and I am a registered medical marijuana caregiver in this state. I've worked days as an IT geek and nights as a professional musician. Previously, I have been the host of my own political talk radio show on satellite radio. I've been the High Times "Freedom Fighter of the Month" and I travel across the country to educate people on marijuana reform. I've dedicated my life to bringing an end to adult marijuana prohibition and re-legalizing cannabis hemp, and I'm honored to be chosen by NORML to give voice to the Marijuana Nation and to speak for those who can't speak up.

Twenty one plants? Wonder if they counted the “colas” or the clones? You just don’t know any more as the cops ALWAYS lie to make the case no matter what the truth is.

I know now, it was actually 12 plants but due to lack of a grey matter in cops head, the number 12 got transposed to 21? :-x

oh come on of course there not gonna let u look now they dont know what the fuck there doing and they dont whana look like the ass holes they are and have to give back the plants thats this needs to be past federally so we dont have to go through this bullshit where going through now THIS GOVERMENT IS SO FUCKING BACKWARDS

Yup. Exactly my point. That’s also like them saying “Sir we are gonna have to confiscate that oxygen tank. It doesn’t have the right valve” They are killing people and really just don’t care.

That’s just as bad as raiding someone’s house for methamphetamine only to find out it was prescription ritalin.

  8. Brandon

Actually, not to double post but. I think what happened is that they didn’t investigate enough to know that the guy was using it for medical marijuana. All they knew was he was growing plants in his house. And said lets raid him! That’s all they knew. Because now it’s after they arrest him they are like OK, crap..
What are the medical marijuana laws? And that is the point they are at right now. Not knowing the laws because they didn’t know he grew medical marijuana. They just knew he was growing plants inside. Kinda reminds me of that fake Barry Cooper bust. Catching corrupt “kops”

This is very true. How can they even say they don’t know the law yet take him in for breaking the law? That makes no sense at all. These cops and the DEA must be stopped before they get out of hand! They are sending a message to our citizens and judges and whoever else, that medical marijuana facilities are no good for the public and they just break the law. This is the message they are putting across to everyone to stop medical marijuana from being legalized. They know this is the first step to legalizing marijuana for recreational use and they are trying to stop us in this first step. THEY MUST BE STOPPED! :bleep:

Ha, wow… reading my comment now, I can gauge how tired I am tonight. My grammar is atrocious.

  11. BigDoug

I was about to say the same thing, if they were unsure of the law they had no reason to believe the law was being broken, plain and simple. :pissed:

What a shame. It’s sad to me that police will enforce laws they admittedly have not read/took the time to understood.

Is it legal these days to harass citizens with law enforcement and figure out if there was just-case after the fact?
