Fooled everyone didn't he? Just read the entry on Change.org that "Eyes Only" points to and you will see that this new administration is still going to avoid regulation in favor of criminality. Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result? Naaaa. They know what the result will be.

They will NOT provide the funds for necessary research to prove any medical uses exist. Biden is a very big drug warrior. Just wait. There will be no Chang.org in the drug war. Obama is too much of a centrist to ruffle feathers. Too much money coming from the war machine, prisons and pharma/oil lobbies still.

Gotta change everything about the way this country approaches money in order to really affect change. Like Ron Paul has indicated: get rid of the Fed, regulate drugs and bring all the boys home.

I just drool and babble every time I think of the money those have cost us for over the last 30 years. For what? Financial collapse; incarceration of multitdes of non-violent citizens; and the ire and disdain of much of the world.

See "The Money Masters" on DVD for a complete explanation how money greed changed humanity. Note: Thomas Jefferson was about the only founder that had the right idea. Even he could not stop the "money changers".

Happy Holidays everybody! Get ready for VeryLittleChange.org. Money still rules EVERYTHING! Hey, at least the new president's African American. But that is about all the real change you will see. Business as usual. The black market is thriving! (no pun intended)

hello radical russ,
first of all: thank you guys so much for keeping the good work up.

the obama blog got updated, they answered to the medical marijuana question:

A: President-elect Obama is not in favor of the legalization of marijuana.
(Source: http://change.gov/newsroom/entry/open_for_questions_response/)

this doesn't sound as promising as obama's words before he got elected:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9flhDmz7Kwo

it would be more interesting to know what their opinion to decriminalization would be.

obama doesn't just legalize it, i guess. they are afraid that it would give people the "wrong" message.

we need to tell them that decriminalization is mandatory in the us. what's going on over there is ridiculous. a pot bust every 40 seconds? no wonder that people are getting paranoid.

all the best from Germany (where we are very frustrated about the bad voting on marijuana legalization in Switzerland)
