Just read the entry on Change.org that "Eyes Only" points to and you will see that this new administration is still going to avoid regulation in favor of criminality. Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result? Naaaa. They know what the result will be. They will NOT provide the funds for necessary research to prove any medical uses exist. Biden is a very big drug warrior. Just wait. There will be no Chang.org in the drug war. Obama is too much of a centrist to ruffle feathers. Too much money coming from the war machine, prisons and pharma/oil lobbies still. Gotta change everything about the way this country approaches money in order to really affect change. Like Ron Paul has indicated: get rid of the Fed, regulate drugs and bring all the boys home. I just drool and babble every time I think of the money those have cost us for over the last 30 years.
