Since this week we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Wednesday, I felt it fitting to introduce some Celtic music for our Roots Monday Tune. Although Davie Simmons isn’t from Ireland, he’s Canadian, I feel that today’s song captures the genre quite nicely. The original Canadian Celtic Cowboy is joined by his wife, Angel Firestar, on harp. This song is mystical and funny and I have no idea if it has anything to do with cannabis, but a song about a green man seems like we should take it and run with it. Please enjoy today’s toker-friendly tune and may the spirit of St. Patty’s day bring a green man to help you celebrate all things Irish, and all things Green.
