High Fellow Cannabians:

I'm issuing a challenge to all American stoners to choose American grown cannabis (prefereably bio organic), even when a little higher in price over Mexican weed :pot: . Note to dealers, you can help by giving a discount to the poorer stoners and helping promote American homegrown. If Senator Clinton is so worried about American smokers fueling the violent Mexican drug trade, she should endorse the efforts of NORML and MPP's attempts to legalize, regulate and tax cannabis products, instead of, ironically, rewarding the very drug cartels she theatrically opposes by giving the market to brutal criminals. :pot:

Speaking to reporters accompanying her to Mexico City, Mrs Clinton said: “Our insatiable demand for illegal drugs fuels the drug trade.”

The people of America do not have an insatiable appetite for illegal drugs. Many Americans responsibly use drugs other than caffeine, tobacco, and alcohol. It is the government that has made these drugs illegal. The people have such an interest in these substances that they are willing to break the law in order to experience the effect. Though it may not be a majority, at this time, the government should respect the right of these many citizens to use the substance of their choice responsibly for religious, medical, and/or recreational purposes. I believe that those who use consciousness altering substances responsibly are within their rights as American citizens. And, if you don't happen to be an American citizen, then it is still your right as a homo sapien, though this right receives even less protection in many countries. Your consciousness is your consciousness, it is not the dominion of any other person or organization. Disrespect of that fact can only be interpreted as oppression.

“Clearly, what we have been doing has not worked and it is unfair for our incapacity… to be creating a situation where people are holding the Mexican government and people responsible,” she said.

WTF?
She must have been slammin' 'em back with W before she belched that one out.
