The god-made plant can be no more malevolent than its most active ingredient. Letting Doctors prescribe Cannabis through a pharmacy to be used in conjunction with a "Vaporizer" that doesn't release all the tars and carcinogens(since these seem to be the basis to the only argument AGAINST Medical Cannabis ) is not so different from being prescribed an inhalor.
