Seriously what kind of society do we live in where it wants to help people not go to jail for doing something that harms no one. I hope mass passes this bill, but like other states that have tried I am pessimistic. Though Deval would much rather have a casino where people go broke spend money smoke cigarettes and drink enough alcohol to kill small children.
