Sheriff Lott is “up to no good” once again. In a story that is hot off the press, Sheriff Lott takes down, what appears to me to be a Medical Marijuana patient, in a commando style raid that he is famous for. I wonder if he used his Armored Personnel Carrier to bust in the front door? We will certainly keep you appraised as we find out more information.
COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) – A community tip has yielded some big results for Richland County as the sheriff’s department has revealed details of a large narcotics bust in Columbia.
Sheriff Leon Lott says narcotics agents with department conducted a search warrant on May 16 at a house on Trader Mill Road. Lott says agents found 83 marijuana plants, plastic storage containers with marijuana inside, and hash inside the home.
The bust also came with the arrest of 29-year-old Andrew R. Angel. Lott says Angel was extremely crafty in his choice of disguising the drugs as some of the marijuana was found in the freezer, inside a butter container in the refrigerator as well as marijuana being baked into a brownie loaf.
Angel stands charged with manufacturing marijuana and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
I really took an interest in what Lott described as, “Extremely crafty in his choice of disguising the drugs”. What Sheriff Lott should know, after all he is paid to be the expert, Marijuana patients make “Pot Butter”, and subsequently make Brownies and other edibles from Pot Butter. Not dealers. [Because dealers know that the weight of the edibles counts in the sentencing. What was a 5g marijuana misdemeanor becomes a 500g felony when it's a pan of brownies with 5g of marijuana in them. -- "R"R]
In all of my years, I’ve never heard of a dealer peddling brownies on a street corner. I personally would rather see brownie crumbs all over the curb, it would be a refreshing change from the crack vials that line the streets of downtown Dallas.

Eating edibles (often referred to as Medibles) gives some suffers of chronic ailments more relief or a different kind of relief than simply smoking or vaporizing it. Personally, I like to vaporize it and walk. I have a horrible back injury from a helicopter crash in Iraq a few years ago, and I find that simply walking several blocks while vaporizing a small amount of strong indoor cannabis relieves my pain, relaxes me, and stops the spasms. My grandmother didn’t like the smell of the plant as it’s burned (and we didn’t know about vaporizing back then) but she enjoyed her cup cakes as she medicated her nausea from chemo 10 years ago before dying from cancer.
Let me leave you with a question, Do you believe that Sheriff Lot is helping to protect his community or is he at war with his community? I think it’s quite obvious by his choice in wheels, he is definitely on the side of the tyranny.

I used to live in COLA. What can I say? I’m disgusted but not surprised.
Let me assure that there is no lack of real crime in South Cackallack that deserves attention. The last time I checked, SC had the highest rate of violent crime in all the 50 states. Even if it’s no longer #1, I can tell you for sure the place has a violent crime problem.
Compare the violent crime between SC and Massachusetts (where I live now), AKA the latest state to decriminalize mj.

You know for a college town (U So Carolina) and the capital city, Columbia is really behind the times as far as tolerance of our times.
I ate at the most racially prejudiced BBQ joint I have ever seen there, “Maurice’s BBQ”. Had a whole table of white supremacy crap by the register.
They should be more like Fayetteville AK or Madison WI and realize that colleges and state capitals make for “progressive politics”.

Good job Sheriff Buford T Justice Lott! I grew up in a town like this with a Sheriff like this. We bought him a tank too. Its sad and scary!!!!
