My ex used to tell me "plant it in the last place they would look, right under their noses" and often said places outside near police stations and even in their gardens. I always thought that was silly, but that would be my only thoughts as to why. Protection from theives, I'm thinking not so much, but a lot of people say they feel safer living very close to a PD. Go figure, I don't!

Activated carbon is good for a limited time. It has to be replaced fairly often.

The only logical reason for having a grow site next to the police station is for protection; Protection from thieves.

Man, talk about easy work, low-hanging fruit, etc...location, location, location!

Great fodder for "Stupid Stoner Stories" or perhaps "Greedy Grower Gripes". Something alliterative, attention grabbing, ya know.

:idk: there's no 5-0 emoticon?

This story is truly a look at the problem of prohibition. Cops cant fight and win a War on Drugs when they dont even know there was marijuana growing right next door. What a picture that tells a thousand words to me.

If they had a harvest room up and going then the plants had been growing for some time and had finished at least one batch. Yet for that amount of time the system was working and keeping the cops clueless. So the filter or something failed and then and only then did a cops smell this crop and bust it. So I wonder just how long we are talking here? Was it just one cycle or had it been there for a year or two?

My god do they really think they can stop Americans from growing marijuana anywhere, even right next door? Not that I would want to be on the same street let alone right next to a cop shop but still its a joke and this proves it.
