    Here is my question, how will the government determine whether the single marijuana plant will be used for trafficking, and not for personal use?

    As long as we’re imposing mandatory sentences why not just save everyone time and allow the police to impose sentences right on the spot? All this “innocent until proven guilty” nonsense, lawyers defending our rights and making sure we have a fair trial bullsh*t, and rules of evidence quackery is all a waste of time and money.
