The V.A pharmacy call's it a contract. We have just passed medical marijuana in mich ,Yay .... But I have to not indulge so i can get my meds to help with the pain legally, so the V.A wastes or tax money to make certain you are actually taking and not selling the crap. MAD AS HELL!
