Whew! Another fantastic week leading into another hectic weekend. I’ve finished the Stash, now I have to record NORML Weekly News, then make a 15-min opening for my radio show, then gather material for Sunday’s TV show, then prepare my presentation for the Hemposium at Portland Hempstalk this weekend. Tomorrow morning, set up the Oregon NORML Multimedia Booth, perform onstage with Tim Pate to open the Hempstalk at 11am, rush back to my home studio to perform my radio show Noon-2pm (thus the need for a recorded opening, in case I’m late), back to Hempstalk to present at Hemposium and table with Oregon NORML. Sunday more Hempstalk, culminating in my cable access show on Sunday night.
Who knew being a professional pothead would be so much work? The pay sucks, too, but man, the fringe benefits are awesome!
Today’s Stash features our regular Friday guest, Steve Bloom from CelebStoner.com. He’s got a review of the upcoming fall TV season’s stoner-friendly shows plus a look at the record-breaking year for Pineapple Express and other stoner movies.
We’ve got a treat for our musical break: John E from OPM joins us to discuss their latest album, “Golden State of Mind” and we listen to a track called “Tell Me What You Want.”
And to wrap up the week, Tim Pate, the troubadour of the cannabis community, opening act for Hempfest and the Cannabis Cup for years now, joins us to outline the acts and events you can enjoy at our Portland Hempstalk.
