Great question to MPP on softening mmj ballot measures. I can also see the need to soften something, in order to pass it before the state assembly to quash a few congressman opposing it but why water it down for the public, when they already support it ?
If AZ’s measure doesnt cover cronic or severe pain than thats a real shame and there for would not cover more than half the people who could benefit from mmj.
Also isnt it alot harder to amend a measure after it passes than amending it after it passes through the assembly ?
