Today’s Stash features a visit from Tere Joyce in Hollywood, who brings us the legendary Detective Sergeant Harry Palmer, Jr. VI, for an opposing point of view regarding California medical marijuana dispensaries. Sgt. Palmer is well-respected in the law enforcement community, having previously won the Sgt. Stedenko Award for Busting Potheads in 2003.
And we continue busting out the NORML CON audio with the Welcoming Remarks from NORML Executive Director Allen St. Pierre.
