Tere Joyce is here today with 420 Comedy and she brings along one of my favorite comedians, Bruce Baum. He’s launched a website, TheOuternet.com, that features all sorts of hilarious comedy videos, including a couple with Tere!
We’ve also got yesterday’s interview with Dr. Mitch Earleywine. We take a bit of a detour from the usual Cannabis Science and instead we talk a bit about Cannabis Art, Literature, and History.
As you watch the stock market plummeting along with the value of your 401k, if you have one, just remember that tough economic times call for drastic cuts in wasteful government spending (like not spending five days worth of helicopter time to uproot 20 marijuana plants) and innovative ways of raising government revenue (like taxing and regulating marijuana like alcohol). The pressure on officials will be great and the strain on the public will be greater, perhaps to the point where worrying about who’s smoking pot seems like a quaint luxury we can no longer afford. Couple this with the continued pressure of energy concerns and hemp production will become a necessity. Something’s got to give, and I think it’s going to be marijuana prohibition, if we play our hand correctly.
