I’ve just uploaded the Oaksterdam and Pot Culture panels from the NORML National Conference from October 2008. Â You can view the entire conference (Friday & Saturday) now online at Berkley National Conference 2008 page.

Check out the Archives, I’ve added another panel from the Berkeley National Conference 2008 to our growing NORML Video Stash on YouTube.  This is the “Marijuana and Health” panel moderated by our own Dr. Mitch Earleywine, and it features this presentation from Dr. Donald Abrams, who was featured on last night’s “Marijuana Nation” documentary:

I’ve been tinkering a bit with the Polls feature. Â Now the poll on the right sidebar will be randomly selected when you hit the Stash website. Â Here is the latest poll:

Don’t forget to watch “Marijuana Nation” on the National Geographic Channel tonight at 10pm Eastern. Â And if you’re up early tomorrow, catch me on Albuquerque’s 94Rock FM at 8:30am Mountain (online at 94Rock.com).
On today’s Stash California NORML coordinator Dale Gieringer drops by to discuss the ramifications of the Supreme Court’s refusal to hear the Kha case involving police refusal to return medical marijuana to a patient.
Then we have more audio from NORML CON 2008, featuring Dr. Carl Hart and his presentation on Marijuana and Health.

It’s a week before Thanksgiving – what are you thankful for? Â I’m thankful for the results of the election, with cannabis initiatives triumphing in 9 out of 10 tries. Â Sometimes we get frustrated as cannabis activists, but just look at how far we’ve come! Â 25% of the American population is covered by some form of medical cannabis law. Â When I was my brother Josh’s age, there was no medical cannabis, period.
Our friend Tere Joyce is going to be on leave for the next couple of weeks. Â She is shooting a film today and next Thursday is Thanksgiving, which I will also be taking off. Â So I’m replaying the interview with Ron Osborne’s alter-ego, Detective Sergeant Harry Palmer Jr., America’s #1 Drug Cop.
Then I’ve got more audio from the NORML Convention. Â George Rohrbacher (from the NORML Board) talks about the 20 millionth arrest for marijuana that took place (by NORML estimates) on 10/10/2008.

It’s the weekend! Â There are plenty of new videos at our YouTube channel from the NORML Conference in Berkeley – I’ve added my presentation from the Media Panel to today’s Stash. Â Also, Steve Bloom brings us the story of a NJ councilman, a Grateful Dead cover band, and a fall off the wagon.
