Although research has shown positive benefits relating to the medical use of marijuana, I continue to support the laws as they currently stand regarding the illegality of the drug. So, then, you know marijuana helps sick, disabled, sense-threatened, and dying people, but you still think it’s best that we lock them up?

NORML should go into his district and promote the representative’s statement that “… research has shown positive benefits relating to the medical use of marijuana …” This might enlighten his constituents to the point that they would begin to ask why the representative denies them the benefits of this medicine by supporting the current laws.
Sorry, ED is too po’ to fund an operation like that.

Yikes! He acknowledges his awareness of the benefits of cannabis, but he wants to continue imprisoning users?
