This year’s HIGH TIMES San Francisco Medical Cannabis Cup featured three Miss HIGH TIMES winners. Sarah Newton from 2007 was there along with Brittany Wagoner, Miss HIGH TIMES 2010, passing her sash on to Clazina Rose, the 2011 winner.
After the ceremony, all three ladies joined us at the NORML SHOW LIVE table for a short interview.
