SB 5615 did pass out of the policy committee. As a mater of fact the vote on this bill in the Senate Judiciary Committee on Feb 18th. http://stash.norml.org/washington-state-decrim-bill-passes-out-of-senate-committee/ This bill failed to pass out of the Senate Rules Committee, they decide weather or not and when the full WA Senate will consider the bill. I believe she confused SB 5615 in the Senate with HB 1177 which didn't even get a Committee Hearing!
