We are not a part of CHANGE, just the web designers, but with all that has happened in recent weeks, it's understandable that they have a lot of distractions. If your a caregiver in Washington, GROW IN WA. Do Not go to CA to get it and bring it back, your crossing stat lines, which is what the Supreme Court ruled was their "in" to not recognize MMJ. From the ruling from 05: "Congress' power to regulate purely activities that are part of an economic 'class of activities' that have a substantial effect on interstate commerce is firmly established," Justice John Paul Stevens wrote for the majority.
